WHAT: On Thursday, April 26, 2012, Hip Hop fashion and lifestyle magazine, The 5th Element, celebrates their One Year Anniversary with “Final Draft” which will be held at the stunning Exchange LA in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles. The night will kick off with a star-studded red carpet at 7pm followed by a fashion show featuring the latest brands in the industry with special live performances. Proceeds of the event will be donated to Culture Shock Los Angeles, a non-profit Hip Hop dance troupe, to fund their community programs for the arts.
“Final Draft” is a metonym of the culmination, success and growth of the magazine, celebrating their first year stepping into a world of media and publishing. Their anniversary issue features streetwear and urban fashion mogul Greg Selkoe, CEO and Founder of Karmaloop, Karmaloop TV, and PLUNDR.com, whose entrepreneurial skills have changed the urban fashion business and marketing landscape. Further, the hottest vendors in urban fashion have come together for this event to sell their latest goods: Brand New in The Box, Krochet Kids International, Grassroots Clothing, and Jammy Pack.
